Sberbank says creates new B2B, B2C ecosystem departments
MOSCOW, Feb 15 (PRIME) -- Russia's biggest lender Sberbank has created a B2B department to be chaired by current First Deputy CEO Alexander Vedyakhin and appointed Deputy CEO Kirill Tsaryov as head of the B2C ecosystem department and first deputy CEO, the bank said in a statement Tuesday.
Sberbank will also establish an electronic commerce holding to be chaired by Lev Khasis, who is to quit the post of first deputy CEO on June 1.
Senior Vice President, head of the finance department Alexandra Buriko will be appointed as a deputy CEO of Sberbank.
The bank hired First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank Sergei Shvetsov as the chairman of its board of directors to replace Sergei Ignatyev.
"He will fill the position of Sergei Ignatyev. Sergei Mikhailovich (Ignatyev) was both chairman and a member of the board of directors for quite a long time,” CEO German Gref said. “I am very grateful to Sergei Mikhailovich for his contribution to the development of the bank."
